4. WE ARE NOT THE SAME AS VENUE COORDINATORS

A venue coordinator works for the venue, not directly for you. They make sure you and your guests follow the rules of the venue – noise ordinances, check in and check out of the venue at a specific time, no rice or confetti throwing etc.

On the other hand, we at THE MAGICAL EVENTS are there for you only. While collaborating with the venue coordinator we will ensure that your event is as authentic and individual as the bride and the groom.

When assisting you with the event we will coordinate with your friends, family members and suppliers so that all of them are where they are supposed to be. THE MAGICAL EVENTS will keep your wedding day on schedule and make sure that the newlyweds are glad and relaxed.

5. TO AVOID LANGUAGE BARRIERS

That's right! The Magical Events specialize in both Polish as well as in International weddings. A language barrier is no barrier at all for us. It doesn't exist. If your significant other is a foreigner or both of you do not speak fluent Polish but you have always dreamt about your Great Polish Wedding, you are in good hands!

Don't worry!. We can help you find a certified translator and an official speaking your language. We will make sure that all of the agreements with vendors are translated for you and that there is no miscommunication among your guests arriving from distant places.

The membership of the founder of our wedding agency, Klaudia Płoska, in the elite Polish Association of Wedding Consultants confirms the highest quality and professionalism of services offered by The Magical Events.
